found an ARB winch bumper

would an ARB winch bumper for 85-95 nissan pickup or pathfinder fit my '91 ex with very little mods? (looks close)

Measurements are
bottom mounts to tow hooks on frame 26 " apart.top is 29 "
and bumper to top bar is 11".overall is 63" and a half.

what do you think?

Won't know until you have one with your truck really, might be close, might not.

Personally for the $$$ I would contact local 4x4 fabrication shops and have one built that WILL fit.

well i found a used one with a new warren 8000lb winch for around
$800.00 CDN

Um well can you weld? Cuz if you can fab and weld and the bumper is wide enough, anything is possible, but dont expect this thing to fit, especially with the winch, without cutting/fabbing/welding.
You may end up rebuilding half the bumper to get it to fit, maybe not.

You are in uncharted waters here.
Ask the seller if you can go look at it, maybe take your bumper off before you go over there to help you determine what would be required.
