Front Bumper Removal

Front Bumper Removal - Please help!

How involved is removing the front bumper on the 3rd gens? Is it as simple as unbolting it from both sides of the frame??

I'm looking to do some modding, and just want to be sure I've got my ducks in a row before I dig in...

yea i recently did a bumper swap and did a diagram of what to buy but if u look at the two red boxes, those bolts should get it off... there r two along the bottom and two on each side infront of each wheel well... pull back the molding inside of the wheel well and look in the very corner of the bumper cover... ull be able to get those screws out... once all 6 bolts are done, it should slide off

i dunno if this is possible but someone told me that i can put a lincoln avator front on my sport is that true or they just joking around with me

well let's first help him get his bumper off.

just go under and take a look at it using the diagram above. it should just slide off when it's ready to come off, you shouldn't have to force it.
