Can I install 1.5 BL without removing front and rear bumpers?

Just need to know if I really need to remove f/r bumper on my 2003 explorer EB to instal 1.5 BL. I already have the front and rear bolts out, will be working on the remaining 6 tomorrow. Thanks for your help in advance.

Done, BL is done and bumpers do not need to be removed.

Good Job! When I did mine the only thing I really needed to do was trim the fan shroud and I installed some plastic blocks under the rear bumper step for some added support.
