Front end conversion?

Hello, Was Wondering if anyone knew if they made front end conversions for Explorers? I used to have an 01 Sport and i loved the front grille on it. Is there anyway a front end like that could be mounted on a 98? Any help be greatly appreciated.

I have seen the yellow one in person, that truck is actually in Juarez City, in Chihuahua Mexico, in the border with El Paso, Tx.
It is in a 4x4 shop near my friend's mom house, it is really cool.
I haven't been there in a while, but I wanted to talk to the owner and invite him to the site
