GREASE?

hey i was wonderign what grease you guys would recommend useing on the X's?

i also have a 01 Lightning and would like to use the same grease for it too.

any suggestions would be great on what kinds and types to use. thanks to all the reply.

Are you looking for wheel bearing grease or chassis grease? Either way the "best" (IMHO) is Valvoline high temp synthetic. Synthetic grease is the only synthetic pertoleum product that I personally use and I have never had any complaints.

I agree with Mike on the Valvoline synthetic. When I repacked my front bearings last summer, there was a noticable difference in temperature in the bearings. Before you could drive around town and then touch the hub and it was pretty hot, after the change it rarely gets more than luke warm. I'm impressed.
