grinding

I have a 96 ex with 5 speed manual tranny. In the past 2 days it has been grinding as I put it into gear, and then when I come to a stop sign it grinds once again. Any ideas? I was thinking synchronizers(spelling?) Thanks!

Assuming your clutch is fully disengaged when you shift, it could also be the throuwout bearings. I'd recommed a trans specialist to look at it, unless you know how to rebuild trannys.
