Need new keys and remote control for my 2001 ford explorer

Hi, I own two 2001 and 2002 Ford Explorer XLT model. I lost key for both of them. I have only one key left for both car. I also lost remote control of one of them. I bought one from somebody and they didn't know the combination for keypad. Where can i find or reset the keypad to i can use that. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Uttam
