hey.. about the front bumper

where is it possible to obtain one of those front bumper small grille inserts? i hope everyone knows what i'm talkin about, there's a real small but long oval shaped hole in the front bumper that rusts in the inside and i'd like to find an insert to look like a grille just for a lil extra sumpin sumpin plz let me know, thanks!

This is the best I've seen. It's from an F150 speed grille, so its available everywhere. It requires a little bit of work though.
