Hey guys I have a 99 Explorer limited with the 5.0 and are planning on putting a dixon bros. long travel kit in it and was wondering what people like to do on the rear of these. Thanks

how much does the dixon bros give you in the front? probably best to get some custom arched springs and some shackles in the rear...

14" of wheel travel, with 4wd!

4.5” wider per side

it is said it gives 6 inches of lift,

would take at least a spring over axle for 5.5 inches, (pretty close ) , and maybe some shackles in the back , or Superlift 4 inch springs and a shackle to match the front,

total cost of all would be,

Suspension Kit Price: $3500.00

2.5 x 8 c/o shocks + coils: $1350.00pr

2.0 x 3 Hydraulic Bumpstops with Frame Mounts: $500pr

than add the S O A , for about $50, for perches, and you would be close to level,

you may get it on wheels for just under $4000

but the front would be 9 inches wider than the back ,,
