I just joined. Friend has a 2001 Explorer Sport with the 4.0 engine. Vehicle has 313K on it. Just replaced spark plugs and wires. AutoZone says Codes are:
P0136 (HO2S-12 (bank 1, sensor 1) Circuit no activity) &
P1151 (Lack of HO2S-21 Switching, HO2S Signal Low Output)
#4 & #5 were misfiring that's why the plugs and wires were changed.

Any ideas?

HO2S-12 is interpreted as Bank 1, Sensor 2. Bank 1 is passenger side, Sensor 2 is downstream of cat converter. imp
