I'm troubleshooting a slight hard start problem so I decided to pull a plug. Looks fine to me.

Gap looks big. Also insulator is too white - running too lean?
Replace them all - carefull, those Motorcraft might break in half. In my 5.0 I used Autolite XP104 and I am very happy with them.
They might be eroded... I doubt that the center tip is really made of full platinum, mine where completly rounded.
Anyway, even with correct gap, there are too white... like running too hot. Lean fuel ratio will do that.
It's not really a hard start problem, the engine just cranks over an extra 1-2 seconds before firing, then it runs fine. In any event I will be changing these plugs.
