I need help. No turn signals!

I have a 89 Aerostar and my turn signal don't work. the turn signal indicator doesn't flash. I checked the fuses and no burnouts.

Please help I've had this project sitting around, and now its my only transportation.

The flasher is probably no good. It's a round cylinder in the fuse box under the dashboard on the driver's side. Could you update your vehicle information in your profile?

Is there a way to test it if its faulty?

Yes, switch the flasher from the hazard lights with the turn signal flasher.
