Hi all,
For the last few months, my 08 EB 4.0 has been a little hesitant to start, when I turn the key - kind of a long, weak crank. When it does fire in that case, it usually throws an error to check my RR tail light ( which has LEDs with resistors).
When I use the remote start, it cranks perfectly fine, and I can step in and drive. No lighting errors, swift turn over.
Any thoughts on this behavior? At first I was thinking battery, but with the remote start functioning, perhaps something with the ignition?
