Followed BigRondo's thread and it went pretty well. Didn't have to cut the dash to install. On the PITA meter it was a 7 or 8 because the difficulity of the screw removal/ install. I also removed the radio surround...helped tremendously for visual of the actuator. Also gave me a chance to clean the carpet and seats around the console. Works like a charm. Thanks again BigRondo for the write-up.
P.S. I bought the actuator on Amazon.com (Motorcraft) for 50 bucks. I thought that was a good deal.
