Installing Power seats in a 96 Sport?

I have found a good seat from a 96 and also a 97 explorer which are both power seats from a 4dr model. I have a 96 sport (2 door) with manual seats and need to replace my driver's side seat.... How difficult would it be to install the power seats in my 2dr explorer. Do any explorer sports even come with power seats? I wouldn't think so since they need to fold down to get to the back seats.... but I wouldnt mind If only one of the seats didn't fold down...

It should be as simple as adding power.

I do have a set of Explorer seat tracks, driver power, if you are interested.
