Interior light

Hi, I wanted to replace all the interior light bulb to led, but don’t know how to get them off.
The middle row and 3rd row are came off assemble I don’t know how to remove the bulb as well the map lamp in the front, please advise on proper removal as I don’t want to break any of these plastic.

i have an idea now, but for the 2nd row and 3rd no clear answer how to remove the bulb.

quick newbies question, the socket of front map light and the licence plate light are t10. is there be issue if i use t20 led light bulb? what is the difference between the two.
