USB ports in the front media hub, in the front console forward of the shifter... Use your existing ipod cable that came w/ the iPod.

Like 13Sport says, you can use your iPod USB cable that came with it to connect to your media hub in the Explorer. If your iPod has Bluetooth, you can also connect it that way. Here's a little more info on all the ways you can play music:
