How do you reset the keyless entry if you do not know the previous code

How do you reset the keyless entry if you do not know the previous code

to my knowledge you can not reset the code, but you can get the code from any ford dealer

First I'm assuming you don't have your code. I've also been told you can't reset it. you The code should be on a sticker on the keyless code module. On many models the module is located behind the panel in the cargo area where your jack and handle are stored. You will need a dental style mirror to read it. There is a video on youtube demonstrating how to get your acdess code. A dealer may charge you $$$$ for them to get it.

Guys, don't confuse the poor guy. The jackhandle location is not applicable for the 2010, and you can find it without going to the dealer.

It is located on the smart junction box, but I don't think anyone has done a writeup on a 2010 here. There was one on FTE, HERE is the link.
