Hi Guys,
I'm running the 2.5 RB spacers and need to get longer upper control arms. What has everyone been doing on their lifted ex's?

Dealing with the awkward angles and stress that it puts on the ball joints.

I went with 2.25 front and 1.75 rear to lessen the angle and stress on the ball joints, so before putting in the lift I replaced the fronts with Moog joints (see my sticky and the top). Haven't had any issues since.

BTF Fabrications who makes spacers for the 3rd gen's (thread is here in the forums) used to produce a set of upper arms that used a uniball joint system and extended the arms out to alleviate the angles. There were only 2 sets ever produced that I am aware of, one is up for sale from "macknos94" here on the forums, you may want to reach out to him and talk about them :)

Thanks for the heads up. I sent him a pm and I sent one to Brandon as well.

They fixed my issues with rubbimg the shock and alignment. Now its just time to move onto solid axles pm Me if you are interested
