Mold smell

2017 Explorer Platinum
have a mold smell in 2017 Explorer Platinum. Dealer has changed cabin filter and ionized but smell back within days. Any ideas?

Can you tell where the smell is coming from? Is it the vents?

I think it is coming from either the front or back vents
