need help with trouble codes

I have a 2002 explorer sport w/ codes:
P0171=system too lean
P0306=#6 cylinder misfire
P0316=misfire at startup

I have to get it smogged soon an need to get the check engine light cleared up. any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

..It would help if you had your location under your name especially when dealing with Smog Test in various States..

...Try swapping your plug and wire from 6 to 5 , disconnect your battery for ten minutes and then take it for a drive..See if the mis moves with the swap.

..Let's chase the P0171 after we fix the misfire..
