New Drive Shafts with lift?

Hey everyone out there that has done a Superlift 5.5" lift. When you did this did you need to get new drive shafts made? Any info would be helpfull.

And does anyone have any tips on drilling out those rivets on the frame?

You shouldn't need new driveshafts with the 5.5" lift. Where did you hear that you need them?

Ohh I did not hear that I needed them. I just read your post on your new spings in your rear and saw that you had to replace yours so that got me worried that I might need to replace mine. Dead Link Removed

I went above and beyond the standard lift.

By adding the Ranger main leaf I substantially increased the wheel travel which necessitated lengthening the rear driveshaft.
