- 2000 Explorer XLT
Hello, I've been the owner of a 2000 Explorer XLT for about a year, and a member of this forum since last September.
Although not new to being a vehicle owner, I'm ashamed to say that I am new to working on them myself. That said, as a green amateur mechanic, I am very grateful for this site. I have already learned a lot about my Explorer that I don't think I could have found anywhere else. This site is a wonderful fountain of hands-on knowledge.
I don't have any specific issues/events to post yet, as I am still soaking in the big picture about my Explorer and it's nuances by reading the stuff that's already here. When I think I have some experience of value to share, I will. Until then, I'll be reading those of others.
Thanks to all for being here and letting me be here too. -)
