05 sport trac with the 5r55e transmission... I have no reverse and can not start from standstill in "D".. I can manually shift into 2, turn O/D off, start moving and manually upshift "D" at 5-10 mph and then about 60-65mph turn O/D on and it shifts..
I replaced all the solenoids/sensors, no improvements
just replaced the entire valve body no improvements
Assuming something broke internally... what other years will fit?
Transmissions at the LKQ pull-a-part are $129, can I yank one out of a 2001 Explorer?? Are there any differences in the 5r55e in the sport trac compared to an explorer or 2d sport??
