Overhead Console Removal

Have an 04 and the overhead console has the lights, temp and sunroof switch. Not seeing how to remove. See no screws and don't want to tear it up just to repair the temp/compass. Thanks in advance

Check out this link. He describes how to take it off with pictures. It's on an explorer but it will be very similar.
