Misfire #3, System 2 lean bank 1, System 2 lean bank 2

Occasionally dies on startup, bad idle
Once warm no problem
Upon acceleration air changes from panel to defrost
MPG 18 highway

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check vacuum hoses for cracks. Spray starter fluid around intake while motor is running listening for a change in how the motor is running. Also check the thin black plastic vacuum lines on pass side because of the heater change. also look at the black plastic ball just inside the skirt of the passenger fender for leaks.
