Paint Q's PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have a 96 xlt thats white. My bumpers are grey and stainless steel. I have a blue and silver paint stripe. I want to know if I should paint the bumper white even the steel too or should I get it 2 toned with the bottom half grey like my moms mountineer. Have anybody done this? How much do you think each paint job would cost? Does anybody have pics of a ALL white explorer or a 2 tone conversion please help what would look better????????
