I am in need of new rubber boots for my rear parking brake mechanism. This is the boot that is attached to the brake plate, right where the brake lever sticks out and the brake cable goes on.

Dealer said they are no longer available, but I don't believe him. Without these boots, the brake actuator levers will rust up in no time as road spray can go right in.

Aftermarkets parts would be fine as well.

Unless you buy the entire rear parking brake assembly, you won't get that part separately. I'm sure it is not in the aftermarket. The best thing you can do is coat everything made with metal (especially the levers) with a good synthetic brake grease and use the brake often. That will keep things from rusting. The rubber boot will not make it waterproof.
