My key got stuck in my ignition cylinder on my 2002 Ford Explorer XLT. Ordered new one,put it in and No start,theft light flashing steady than a code of 20 slow flashes before going out! The only thing I can think is I pulled a wire loose from the black transmitter,I SPLICED IT TOGETHER AND STILL nothing? I HAD TO HIT THE KEY WITH HAMMER TO GET OUT OF the old key cylinder,could of I damaged chip in key and pat's system is not reading key? Only have 1-key. Have read forums and tried a few things and nothing so far! Dealer ship is far from me but need my car! any help would be great.Thanks ,Coach Lewis!
