photoshop job

i was wondering if anyone good with photoshop or some other program could do my up a X. a maroon 97 xlt. i was wondering if you coul put the billet grille in(shinny), clear corners, the chrome peices around the wheel wells, and the rain guart things above the windows o nthe front and back doors.
