power steering noise

i got another problem with my EX.. since i bought it there was always a whining noise from the power steering..last week i finally got a chance to change it..after cleaning and flushing the power steering and putting in the new pump and getting the air out of it the noise is still there. I put in some lucus to try to get rid of some noise and it went away completely for about 20 mins...and now its back...Any Suggestions of what i can do???

Most Ford's power steering pumps wine a bit.
Was it a new OE FORD pump or an aftermarket or reman unit?

it was a new one from the ford dealer.....i noticed that one of the power steering hoses are leaking a tiny bit...could air be getting in and makeing it wine?
