power window drivers

power window drivers don't go up or down I can hear the motor running ok is there a gear I should replace or do I need an motor/assembly? how to remove motor?
newbie here and to the explorer so hi all and thank u for help

It sounds like if the bushings in the power window motors are shot. You can do this project yourself..... either replace the entire power window motor, or you can disassemble the power window motor and replace the bushings. There is information on this forum, and some information on YouTube, about either procedure.
