pulling a car.

I called uhaul to get a trailer to pull a car and they said they don't rent them to pull with an explorer since 2003 because that's just how it is. that's what they told me. does anybody know how else i can pull a car. I have to go all the way from texas to new jersey.

Borrow somebody elses truck to rent the trailer, then tow it with yours. Or tow it with somebody elses truck. But yeah, there's lots of threads on here about UHaul and explorers. Its stupid if you ask me.

put duct tape over all the ford emblems and write mercurrey and then over Explorer put mountineer.......you good to go

yep, that's what you gotta do. I usually just have a buddy go with me and pick it up with one of their vehicles, then hook it up to mine when we get home. You can tow with a mountaineer, or a navajo...
