Quad Beam Lighting

I just bough a KC Hilites quad kit for my x. I plan on using it so my hid low beams will stay on when the brights are turned on.

My question is does anyone know as to how to hook them up? I have the Quad Beam Headlight Conversion Kit # 6314

I dont know how I can give you any more info than what comes with the kit.
What, specifically, is your question/problem?

Tap into the high beam wire and the low beam wire, ground it, power it & your done. Opps, better mount it also.

If your not sure whats high &/or low bean get yourself a test light. (Less than $5.)

Opie, how'd you make out? I still haven't hooked mine up. I'm waiting for a new wiring harness before I hook up my kit.

same here.. I only ordered one lol.. Waiting for my other one.

You could have basically made that kit for less than $10. Here is the diagram I used when I made a kit for my truck.

Now the instructions that came with your kit should be identical, its rather easy and only takes a few minutes to do, an hour if your picky and take your time soldering the connectors to the wires. You should be able to run both headlights off of one harness, but when I did mine, I made two harness just to be on the safe side.

Oops, didn't realize the link had already been posted

You only need one kit to keep both L & R side low beam lights on.
