Ok as you know from the woops part of the form my front bumper got nicked. I think I can get the insurance to replace the full things

So all of that is gone...
What I want to do is use the bumpers for the 99 year model and up. I was wondering what I need to have to equip it to my truck. I also know the XLT had the textured bumper with the chrome sides, so I will want that look.
I know there is a part welded to the frame that my current bumper mounts attach to, and don't know if that needs to be replaced as well. I also need to know if the current mounts for my fogs will work (I know I have to replace the square ones, but will the mounts hold the circular ones ok?)
So please if you can, let me know what all am I going to need in parts to get. And if anyone has any experience from pulling the whole front bumper section from a junk yard what that would cost.
I love my stock baby, but hate the fog lights, lol.
