Radiator Hose Replacement Part #

I will be be flushing the radiator and this would be a good time to replace the upper and lower radiator hoses. Problem is when I look up the hoses there are several hoses for a 4.0L 6 cyl 1996 XLT. I'm not sure if I order if I'll get the right one.

Does anyone have the part # for the hoses and which brand is better. These are original hoses (12 years old) and still look good.

Motorcraft, Gates, Goodyear, Dayco are all good, well accepted brands.
