Does anybody else have stupid issues when it rains? For example, when the weather takes a dump, something under my hood chirps like nobody's business. Its so annoying. And when it rains, my brakes are extremely sensitive. And they squeal like a dying animal. The brakes usually get better after some driving. Im assuming is the surface rust that accumulates after a little weather, but its so extreme it makes me think its something else. Again these only occur in the rain. Never on a sunny day, or in the snow. Any ideas?

Sounds like serpentine belt issue when wet.

Yeah maybe, but it doesn't sound like the belt. Typically belts squeal when theyre wet.
