Rear air bag suspension?

Not sure if this was an option on some models or one of the previous owners had them installed, but I've got rear air bag suspension on my 99 XLS and was wondering if anyone knew how much air pressure I should keep in them?

put enough air in to bring the head lights down so you don't blind on-coming traffic. the idea of air suspension is to be able to adjust it to the load and road conditions. i had air shocks in my bll and carried a small 12 volt compressor so i could air up when i hooked up my trailer. to much air gave me too much axle wrap with the 4.10 gearing.
there are onboard systems you can wire & plumb in to make life easier.
