Hey guys I'm planning on flushing and refilling my limited slip 3.73 rear diff. I just wanted to know what the recommended gear oil I should use. I know I need the friction lock additive as well. I want to use synthetic fluid.

I plan on using RTV as a seal but want to make sure my 91' Ex doesn't use some kind of other seal.
I've never done this before and want to make sure I have everything I need first.

Use rtv, and 75-140 wt. Simple process, just smelly :thumbdwn:

Follow the instructions on the RTV tube. Usually says get nuts hand tight, wait an hour and torque to spec. I've had leaks when just putting RTV and immediately torquing to spec.
