Rear window rust drips from bolts. Any fix?

On both of my Explorers there is staining on the back glass from the bolts that mount the window lifts in place. I think the rain hits the bolts and the dripping stains the glass.

Is there anyway to remove/clean this?

water and a washcloth. might take a little elbow grease but it'll come off. make sure its a clean washcloth though..

i just used car polish and a cloth removed the rust stains then sanded and painted the disks
