I've got the bellhousing bolts out , removed the shifter, and just about to drop the cross-member. Whatelse is there? what do I do about the clutch slave cylinder? I don't see a way to remove it...assuming it needs to be removed in order to free the transmission.

thanks.

Rob

Ya gotta disconnect the following at the transmission: Speedometer cable, backup light cable, clutch hydraulic line (slave cylinder comes out with the bell housing, does not have to be removed first).

I'm assuming you have the exhaust out of the way.

Thanks. It was just the slave cylinder I wasn't sure about. I thought it might not let the front shaft slide out of the pressure plate. ...looks like it's ready to come out then.
