Rims question for an 02 XLT

I am looking at getting some new rims for my truck. I want black rims.
here is what my ex looks like now

and I am trying to black it out. These are the rims I was looking at:

and I am wondering if anyone knows if these are good or not? or what would be a good and cheap black rim to put on my truck. I am staying with the stock 16" size for now.

Several members have painted their rims black with favorable results. That is the "inexpensive" way to go!

Rims vs. Year?

Speaking of rims, my '04 has the dull-finish alloys, and I'm shopping for one more, to match those on it.

Are '04 rims specific to that year only, or was identical design used for other years?
