My 92 is running rough. It seems to have happened shortly after a seafoam treatment, so maybe I fouled the O2 sensor.

It feels like a misfire, but I checked/changed plugs. It idles rough and when starting up in 1st gear it has low torque and hesitates unless revved. Ruling out spark, it feels like it running lean, though it cruises fine. I checked fuel pressure and its OK.

No hard codes, but I got the following KOEO codes from the memory:

185 MAF output lower than expected
186 Injector pulse width higher than expected
187 Injector pulse width lower than expected

I cleaned the MAF, no change, but I haven't tried resetting the computer yet.

I will change the O2 sensor, because I happen to have a spare. May also change the fuel filter, to make sure I'm getting an adequate flow.

What else should I look at?

Thanks.

SOP is to resolve KOEO codes first (you say that it passed these), then to work on KOER codes, and, finally, to resolve any remaining CM codes. I think the first thing I would do would be to perform the KOER test.
Make sure to check the wiring between the O2 sensor and the PCM.
