well i suppose if you feel you can control the RPMs better with your foot than that should be the way to go, people suggest using the cruise control because it keeps you from straying away from keepign the RPMs down. if you are driving long distances in commuter traffic, you will tend to keep up with everyone else speeding around you and that can lead to making the PRMs jump as you try to keep up. whatever's clever is what i say, either way, if you can keep your speed under 60 on the freeway and your RPMs under 2k, you will see the savings pile up. oh yeah, and dont forget to reinflate your tires after you get back into town from roading. it can save you tons of cash at the pump.
