seafoam ????

Iv heard so much talk on hear about seafoam. Where Do i get it. Iv searched parts stores. And did some internet searches. No luck. Where can I find it. Also is it just something to suck through a vacuum line while the engine is running or is it in a spray can. I thing a lot of members would like to know more about this stuff.

I want to know how deep creep works, I think its just sea-foam in a pressurized can... sounds easier!

I just can't bring myself to trust that stuff! It sounds a little risky for me, something about the possibility of hydro-locking my trusty ol' 4.0L just doesn't sound too appealing. I know alot of people have had success in dealing with it...I'm still not sold...
I'm probably just going to do an upper engine rebuild as soon as I hit 120K.
