Here is the low down on an aftermarket steering mod to make the sticky steering go away after a PA 3" body lift.
It is from "Flaming River", its a Ford "slip shaft", the part no#FR1518-1DD. The specs for my 94 xlt are as follows:
the column is 1" DD
the steering box is a 3/4"-36(or 36 splines) it was $219 plus freight.
Its easy to install & unlifted Explorers and suspended would benifit from this mod.
