tail lamps, fog lamps and instrument cluster lights

2001 Explorer.The fog lamps, instrument cluster and tail lights all went out. Happened at same time. No bad fuzes, no bad bulbs. Any ideas?

beginning to have same problem

Did you ever get a response to this thread? I am beginning to have the same problem with my 1992 Explorer but it is very sporadic.
