Can anyone tell me exactly where is the temperature sensor for the overhead console is located at? Been checking near the front end but couldn't find it. Thanks!

I need to know thish also its going crazy said it was -40 below in TX in July the other day when it was actually 105 out side. First time it did this.

Supposedly it's behind the grille somewhere. I've never known exactly where.

Yup, its either on the inside of the left of right core supports and if I recall correctly in front of the radiator.

it will be directly below the drivers side head light on the core support. there will be two wires going into it.

Do you think I have a sensor issue or is it on the board in the console.

I don't know what causes it but mine has done it before. The good thing is the next time I start the truck its back to normal.

MIne was acting up and it was doing it even after shut the truck off. But after the temp went down from 105 it was better. In any case I am going to change it.
