Tranny problems

My 1994 explorer when it is pulling a heavy load or for long periods of playing in the mud starts to blow out the trans fluid. Has any one else had this problem?

at the top of this page is the "Search Forums" tab ..... USE IT !!!!!!!!!!

dont mind the #######, welcome to the site.

Its just overheating, ive had the problem alot. Adding an extra trans cooler and a tranny temp gauge will both help the problem and allow you to moniter the temperature. I have a digital one and it works very well while on the trails as I can stop before I get to hot and damage it.
