Trans-X Posi-Trac Limited Slip Gear Oil Additive?

Anyone use it in your tracloc 8.8? It seems like i cant readily get ahold of any other additive, so will this suffice? It says on the back that its compatible with basicly any make, conventional or synthetic oils, But NOT Jeeps Quadra-Trac/Quadra-Drive systems. If anyone has experience let me know please. Thanks.

I put it in the rear diff of my son's '98 LTD. It claims to meet the Ford spec, so I assume it should be okay. Most people seem to recommend getting the genuine Ford additive from the dealer, so that's probably the safest bet. No problems with the Trans-X so far, though.

I think i'm going to change my diff oil and add in the additive tomorrow morning. I'm going with Mobil1 75w-90 instead of the 75w-140 though.
